Free standard shipping
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping when that service is available. Express and other delivery services retain their quoted charge. The checkout total shows the applicable offer.
Production and transit
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Production time is separate from carrier transit time; choosing express shipping does not skip production. Items may arrive in separate packages. Customs processing, holidays, and carrier delays can affect arrival.
Tracking your order
Use your order number and checkout email on the tracking page. A paid order can still be awaiting production or shipment. Carrier links appear when shipment information is available.
Addresses, customs, and delivery problems
Check the address before paying. Contact us promptly about an error; changes may not be possible once production or shipping begins. Import duties or other destination charges may apply unless explicitly included in checkout.
